Program Overview
The mission of the Personal Health Center is to provide individuals the information and means to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children. This program offers a broad range of acceptable and effective family planning methods, including natural family planning methods, infertility services, and services to adolescents. Services provided through family planning clinics allow men and women to make well-informed reproductive health choices.

Eligibility and Cost
Parental consent is not necessary for adolescents. Women of childbearing age and men are eligible.
A sliding fee scale is used to determine a client's ability to pay. Federal poverty guidelines are used as standards in determining costs.
Medicaid is accepted as well as most private or commercial insurances.
